Equipment Manufacturers · Built and run for you

Your quoting stops depending on you being free.

We build the RFQ intake, the quoting, and the follow-up that sits between an inquiry and an order, then run it for you every month with all costs included. You keep the judgment calls. We take the waiting.

The problem we solve

What is holding the orders back.

And what you get instead. Each row is a workflow we install, so the left side becomes the right.

RFQs waiting on a number only one person can give
Quotes out the same day, on pricing rules you set
Buyers landing on a brochure instead of a quote request
Real RFQ intake that captures scale, timeline, and budget
Open quotes that nobody chases
Automatic follow-up on every open quote
Parts and service revenue tracked from memory
Inspection and parts reminders that bring back repeat revenue
Pricing that lives in your head and in old quotes
Your rules in the system, connected to QuickBooks and Monday rather than replacing them

We already know your customers.

We spent years building follow-up systems for the businesses that buy your equipment, so we turn up knowing how they decide and why the order stalls. And the quote is where it stalls: in Aleran’s survey of 200 B2B manufacturing decision-makers, 88% had lost deals to their manual quoting process.

The build

How we build and run your system.

Built from systems we have already made, so the first version runs in about ten days. Then we keep it running and keep improving it every month.

01

We map how a quote actually gets made today.

Not how the process is supposed to work, how it really runs. Who gets asked, what they have to look up, and where it stalls. That map is usually the first time anyone has seen the whole thing written down.

02

We build the RFQ intake your site is missing.

A real quote request that asks for project scale, location, timeline, and current setup, instead of a contact form with a message box. You stop opening emails that need three replies before you can price anything.

03

We get the repeatable pricing out of your head.

The genuinely custom calls stay yours. Everything you have already decided the same way fifty times becomes something the team can use without waiting for you to be free.

04

We keep the service tail from going cold.

What you installed, when it was last inspected, and who is due. Parts and maintenance stop being reactive, which is usually the highest-margin revenue in the business and the easiest to lose.

Questions from equipment manufacturers.

No. We connect to what you already run rather than swapping it out. Most manufacturers we talk to have already paid somebody to build out their CRM or project boards, and that work is usually fine. The gap is almost always in the handoffs around the tool rather than the tool itself, so we build those and sync back to your source of truth.

The custom decisions stay yours. What we systematize is everything around them: catching the RFQ, gathering the details you always end up asking for anyway, pulling the pricing you have already decided fifty times, and chasing the quote once it is out. The judgment stays with you. The waiting does not.

Often, yes, and it tends to work well. Agencies are usually pointed at traffic and rankings. We work on what happens after the buyer arrives, which is a different job with different tools. We are happy to stay in our lane and let them keep theirs.

About ten days from kickoff for the first version, because it is built from systems we have already made rather than from scratch. Then we run it and keep improving it every month, with all tool and API costs in one flat price.

Yes. Suppliers, dealers, and installers run the same quoting motion as the manufacturers whose lines they carry: an RFQ lands, pricing gets assembled, and the follow-up decides who wins the order. The system works the same whether the equipment comes out of your shop or somebody else’s, and most companies in these niches do some of both anyway.

That is usually where the most is left on the table. Parts, inspections, and maintenance are recurring revenue, but most manufacturers handle them reactively because nothing tracks what was installed, when it was last serviced, and who is due. Once that exists, the work stops depending on the customer remembering to call you.
