Louie built Lead Piranha after years of watching great service businesses lose clients to inferior competitors who simply had better lead generation. The problem was never the quality of the work. It was the pipeline.
His background is in performance marketing and sales systems. He does not believe in campaigns that look good in reports but fail at the revenue line. Every system Lead Piranha builds is designed around one question: does it close deals?
He started Lead Piranha to give service businesses access to the kind of lead generation infrastructure that was previously only available to large companies with large budgets.

Camile manages client growth and campaign execution at Lead Piranha. She works directly with every client from onboarding through optimization, making sure deliverables are on time, on strategy, and driving results.
Her background is in content strategy and digital campaign management. She brings a detail-oriented approach to execution that keeps campaigns on track and client relationships strong.
When a system is not performing, Camile is the first to identify why and the first to fix it.

We are a remote-first team. Our clients are spread across the United States and Canada. We work across time zones and typically communicate via Slack, email, and scheduled video calls.
We keep our client roster deliberately small. Every client gets direct access to the people building and managing their system, not an account manager reading from a dashboard. We would rather do exceptional work for fewer businesses than mediocre work for many.
Our four core verticals are where we have the deepest experience and the most repeatable results. We occasionally take on clients outside these verticals if the offer, market, and team are a strong fit. Apply and tell us about your business.
