The system is running. We keep managing, testing, and improving. At 75 days we run a full strategy review to identify what to scale, what to cut, and what new channels to add. You own everything we build.

Questions about the process.
First deliverables (creatives, copy, landing pages) are ready within 7 days of onboarding. Ad campaigns typically go live within 14 to 21 days. Lead volume builds over the first 30 to 60 days as we test and optimize. This is not a quick-spike strategy. It is a compounding system designed for predictable, growing lead flow month over month.
We need access to your ad accounts (we can help set these up if needed), your brand assets (logo, colors, any existing creative), a clear description of your ideal client, and your service area or target market. The discovery call covers all of this in 60 minutes.
After the initial discovery call and onboarding, your time commitment is minimal. You review deliverables and provide feedback (typically 20 to 30 minutes per week in the first month). Once the system is running, most clients check in monthly for strategy reviews.
Paid ads require real market data to optimize. The first 30 days are about launching and gathering signal. If we are not generating meaningful lead volume by day 45, we run a full audit, adjust targeting and creative, and bring a new strategy to our 75-day review. We do not disappear when results are slow.
Lead System and Growth Machine include 2 rounds of revisions per deliverable. Content Engine includes 1 round. A revision round means you submit all feedback at once and we update the deliverable. Revision rounds reset if the brief changes significantly.
At your 75-day strategy review, we assess what is working, what to scale, and whether to adjust the scope of your retainer. Most clients continue month to month after the initial engagement. You own all assets we build — the funnels, the content, the automations. Nothing is locked in our tools.
