Access to your ad accounts (we can help set these up if needed), your brand assets (logo, colors, any existing creative), a clear description of your ideal client, and your service area or target market. The audit call covers all of this.
After the audit, your time commitment is minimal. You review deliverables and provide feedback (typically 20 to 30 minutes per week during the build). Once the system is live, most clients check in during the support period and then run independently.
The system is fully yours. Your team knows how to operate it (that is what training is for). If you need changes or expansions later, we scope a new project.
Build and Scale include 2 rounds of revisions per deliverable. Takeover includes unlimited revisions. A revision round means you submit all feedback at once and we update the deliverable.
