Lead Piranha

The workshop

Your team has AI tools. Nobody owns them.

Two hours with your team, on the work they actually do. It’s the AI training people use the week after, because it was never about the software.

If this is your company

  • You pay for Copilot or Gemini across the whole team, and one person actually uses it.
  • Somebody asked whether they can put a client’s numbers into ChatGPT, and nobody knew the answer.
  • You’ve sat through a demo of what AI can do, and none of it was about your work.

Most companies are already paying for this software. Almost nobody owns it.

The two hours

Six blocks, all of them on your work.

The longest block is the one where somebody on your team walks their real process out loud and we find the decisions nobody ever wrote down. That map is what makes the rest specific.

What you keep

Everyone leaves with something written down.

The session isn’t the product. What survives it is.

A playbook for each person

Written from their own workflows, not from examples. What to use, when, and the prompt that works for the job they actually do.

A workspace with your work in it

Seeded with your real pricing, your SOPs and your best work, so the thing still works on Monday when we are not there.

A named AI champion

One person on your team who owns this afterwards. Without a name, adoption fades and nobody reports it. They just stop.

A written AI policy

What is allowed, what data never goes in, and who reviews anything that goes to a customer. Three lines is enough to start.

What it costs

Just you, or the whole team.

That’s the only real decision. Both are one payment, and neither commits you to anything after.

Just you

Solo Session

$1,200

One leader, two hours, one to one, run on your own workflows. You leave with your own playbook.

Credits into a Team workshop later, so starting small is never the wrong call.

Most choose this

You and your team

Team Workshop

$2,000

The live session for your leadership team, up to 4 seats, with a shared playbook, a named champion and a written policy.

Additional seats are $150 each.

You’ll come out of it knowing which parts of your work are worth handing to a system and which are fine as they are. Start an ongoing plan within 30 days and the fee comes off your first month in full, so you never pay for it twice. See what ongoing looks like.

Common questions

What people ask before booking.

No. A course teaches you a tool with someone else’s examples. We spend the two hours on your workflows, with your team, on their own work, and everyone leaves with something written for their role. Nobody watches a slide about what AI could theoretically do.

Usually that means one person is good at it and everyone else is guessing. That is a distribution problem rather than a tooling problem, and it is the easier one to fix. The session is about getting the rest of the team to that person’s level on the work they actually do.

Two hours for the session, and about fifteen minutes each beforehand so we know what your day looks like. That is the whole ask. If pulling the team together is the hard part, start with a Solo session for one leader.

That is the normal failure and it is why two of the four deliverables exist. A named champion owns it after we leave, and a written policy means people stop guessing about what is allowed. Both get done in the room rather than promised for later.

No. You keep the playbooks, the workspace, the champion and the policy either way. That is the point of charging for the session instead of running it as a pitch.
